Adventure Bay

on South Bruny Island

If you’re travelling from Hobart to Bruny Island, it takes approximately 30 minutes to drive south along the Southern Outlet and Channel Highway to Kettering. From Kettering you will catch the Sealink ferry for the short ride to Bruny Island, arriving at Roberts Point in the island’s north-west. From here, it is approximately a 30 minute drive south where you will pass many of Bruny Island’s sumptuous food and beverage offerings. After traversing The Neck, which joins north and south Bruny, you will shortly turn left onto Adventure Bay Road. Once in Adventure Bay you will find us in the main village, in close proximity to the Adventure Bay Store.

 

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Bowls

    We offer both barefoot bowls to the community as well as having competitive bowls teams that compete in the Bowls Tasmania South competitions. We welcome all who wish to come and have a social bowl or who would like to join one of our teams.

  • Bar & DINING

    Our bar is open regularly throughout the week and weekend. It is a friendly and relaxing place to come and enjoy a social drink in a welcoming community atmosphere. Our opening hours are listed on our website under the meals and bar tab.

  • Events

    We proudly host a variety of events throughout the year at our Bowls and Community club. To stay up to date on these events you can follow us on Facebook. We also accept group bookings and would love to hear from you should you need any assistance with organising a function.
